Possibly the best and wonderful stay which was amazing. Spotless and fashionable units with an excellent view over the estuary. - A lounge area, a coffee table, and a kettle were nice. - Beautiful and stunning location. 

The breakfast was outstanding, tasty with the lovely toasters. There were lovely beds and a comfy settee, an ironing set, and a chair in the economy twin room.

I 100% recommend as I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Thank you very much for a fantastic stay of 4 nights. Glad I took economy twin room, it was brilliant and fabulous. English breakfast offers lots of well presented food choices. Its location 

Pleasant old-fashioned property with really good staff at the Reception Desk. Great location very close to the many excellent restaurants, Saunton Golf Club and both car and public transport; efficient check-in.  

The English breakfast is savoury with variety of meals. Its location is good and perfect in the Sunday stop over.

The place is quite clean with a pleasant design and the English breakfast is delicious.

We had lovely and delicious breakfast with bacon and salmon, as example.

The breakfast was gorgeous at 9.25, and all the food was well presented. The double room was airy, included an ironing set, a kettle and a writing desk. The venue was set in the central position close enough to a local pub 

The stay was really nice and amazing, the staff was outstandingly accommodating and super friendly, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant here.

In a great and convenient spot with on-site parking, what's not to like about this place?

The property is fabulous, it has very polite and welcoming staff in a very nonchalant manner. Make sure you stay in the double room in the bathroom & around the window. The restaurant in the hotel is good for 

The pool was heated, breakfast was sensational. the economy twin room was stunning with a large window, marble floors, and a double bed. the location was marvelous, very close to Appledore, Westward Ho, and Bideford. Free
